Blåtur is a unique Western tradition of taking employees on a trip "out into the blue". This can be to get the employees out into the fresh air and thus recover from a long day of conference, previous company event or to reward hard-working employees.
 
Regardless of the motivation for organizing a Blue Tour, we have many suggestions for trips out into the fields, at sea, in the mountains or in the air. We can e.g. plan for hikes in the mountains, boat trips on the lake, activities in the forest or barbecues in a backyard.
